You can turn a short video into an animated GIF or WebP in this browser. We do not host your videos. The tool is free and provided “as is.” Output can fail because of file type, memory, or the browser.

Your content

You are responsible for the files you process. Only convert videos you have the right to use. Do not use the tool to create or distribute illegal content. We cannot take down a file we never received.

Acceptable use

• Do not flood, scrape, or abuse this site.
• Do not overload the public downloads this page uses.
• Do not use the converter to build or spread malware.

Third-party software

The converter runs in your browser. The first conversion may download it onto your device. That download is not your video.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, ClipGIF and Baojiji are not liable for lost files, failed conversions, device crashes, or damages from a file you created. The tool is free; your remedy is to stop using it.
